Prior Training Required: Training and registration as a Test User; Occupational Personality (formerly Level B) in an instrument (or instruments) other than Quintax. If this training is being used primarily as a stepping stone to the 'Specialist in Test Use' qualification - formerly Full Level B - then this should be sufficiently different from Quintax to ensure breadth of coverage of different personality measures by the delegate concerned. Description
This is a 1 day course for people wishing to qualify register their competence in Quintax use via the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) so that Quintax will appear on the registrants profile of competence in occupational testing. It is appropriate to those who have already qualified at Test User; Occupational, Personality level (formerly Level B) in the use of another personality measure. It is also open to existing personality questionnaire users who wish to extend the breadth of the measures they can use in their own given assignments, by qualifying as an Authorised Quintax User.

Key Features

• Course includes a day of training exposure to Quintax, an assessment portfolio and post-course exercise that must be completed for qualification to be awarded. The course fee includes a Quintax Reference Set, 150 Quintax On-line Units, and assessment of delegate competence up to Level B+.
• Registration on RQTU as a Test User for a range of personality instruments is a recognised stepping stone to the BPS Specialist in Test Use (formerly Full Level B) qualification, the highest practitioner qualification offered by the BPS in occupational testing.
