Description
This is a 2 day course for those wishing to become Authorised Quintax Users. This course is intended for busy professionals or others who would like to use Quintax in their work, but who do not have the time or for other reasons do not yet wish to take the BPS route to the generic test Test User; Ability or Test User; Personality qualifications (formerly Level A and B). If desired, and combined with other elements of our training, this course can be used by the successful delegate as a first stepping stone to the BPS Test User (Level A and B) qualifications.

Objectives

• To provide a full grounding in Quintax and Quintax On-line, its applications and use in the selection, development, and coaching of people
• To gain a qualification as an Authorised User of Quintax to enable independent use and purchase of the questionnaire and its on-line service

• Experience of test administration in a ‘live’ setting is provided
• Ample opportunity to practise feedback skills
• Experience in the use of various applications of Quintax e.g. in selection problems, and in development workshops based on type, temperament, learning style, career transitions etc
• Applications of Quintax to leadership, team style, innovation, and problem solving are explored
• Full coverage and introduction to using Quintax On-line
